KITOCOAT produces a sustainable coating for fruits and vegetables that increases their shelf life by 3-7 times, while reducing food waste, the need for refrigeration, and plastic packaging. The coating is antimicrobial and acts as a barrier against gases going in and out. Our mission is to establish KITOCOAT as a standard operating procedure in the fruit and vegetable industry, serving as a comprehensive extension of shelf life from production to end customers.
