Kasia Mikoluk
Program & Community Manager
Kasia brings 13 years of experience across ClimateTech, FinTech, and EdTech. She started her career in the US working across growth, marketing, product management, and project management at fast-scaling companies such as Udemy and Varo. Since moving to Sweden in 2021, she has focused on ClimateTech, both as a startup founder and an investor. Kasia joined Sting in June 2025 to lead the Sting Core program (during Li's leave) and the Sting Climate Race. She also focuses on identifying high-potential companies that could thrive within the Sting ecosystem.
