Anders Emanuelson

Anders Emanuelson is a former Colonel in the Swedish Armed Forces with a career spanning regimental and brigade command, including as Commanding Officer of P 7 and Head of the Department of Leadership and Management at the Swedish Defence University. As Chief Safety Inspector, he developed a system-wide perspective on risk management, resilience and capability development across the entire defence structure. Following his active career, he remains engaged as a reserve officer and in military networks. At Sting Capital, Anders contributes with deep system understanding and a structured approach to defence innovation, supporting the evaluation of companies by assessing risk, scalability and organisational robustness within governmental and NATO contexts.
